The door showed up with a dent and the trim was already busted when it arrived. Kind of frustrating because I was expecting it to be ready to install, but now I have to figure out what to do with it...

I’m genuinely impressed with this shed. The build quality feels really solid, the doors close smoothly, and it held up perfectly through some heavy rain. Overall, it’s been a great buy and I’m really happy with it.

The shed itself is okay, no major complaints there. But trying to get help was such a pain. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and then it would take days to hear anything back. When I did finally talk to someone, I felt like they were talking down to me instead of actually trying to help. it kind of felt like once they had my money, I wasn’t a priority anymore.

The install went really smooth and the crew was great. They showed up on time, got everything done quick, and were easy to work with. Really happy with how it all turned out.

I’ve had my Tuff Shed for a few months now, and the doors still open really smooth. The hinges feel sturdy, and the latch lines up every time, so I’m not having to yank on it or mess with it, which is a relief. The hardware seems heavy-duty too. Overall I’m happy with it so far, though I guess time will tell.

I’ve been a loyal customer and usually have good things to say, so this was disappointing. The installers showed up late, and when they got here, the way they talked to me came across as rude. I still like the company overall, but this experience definitely made me second-guess things a bit

A few months after getting my shed, I noticed the door wasn’t closing quite right. I sent in a repair request, not really sure how long it would take, but they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated.
The repair guy came out the next week and took care of it without making a big deal out of anything. I do wish the first appointment had been a little sooner, but overall, they handled it well and made the fix easy

Got my order it didn’t have nothing missing or mixed up. Everything was just how I asked for it
